FARGO’s professional-grade DTC1500 ID card printer/encoder withstands the daily demands of high-volume ID card printing. Additional security features – such as password protection and data decryption, hoppers for managing different ID card stocks and optional holographic or fluorescent (UV) overlaminate that dramatically increase ID card durability also make this the ideal choice for organizations in need of advanced ID card protection and performance.

The new DTC1500 ID card printer features a modular design that allows you to add at any time, new functionality as the needs of your organization evolve. The Wi-Fi® accessory enables you to print ID cards anytime and anywhere, over any secured wireless network. The DTC1500 is an ENERGY STAR® certified product, meaning that it’s an energy-efficient photo ID printing solution that supports corporate sustainability initiatives while reducing costs, as the default time for sleep mode has been lowered from two hours to five minutes, and printer design enhancements reduce the printer’s power consumption while in standby or sleep mode.

The DTC1500 is fully compatible with HID Asure ID® Card Personalization software which allows for the creation and encoding of custom employee or contractor ID cards, as well as HID Global’s EasyLobby® Secure Visitor Management solutions which is a perfect solution for developing visitor ID badges easily and on demand.
