Delivery Policy

MB Communication delivers all over Pakistan – Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala and every other city.

1. Order confirmation

After you place an order, our team calls or messages you on WhatsApp to confirm the product, price, delivery address and delivery charges. Your order is dispatched only after it is confirmed.

2. Delivery time

Delivery takes 2–5 working days after your order is confirmed, depending on your city and the courier you choose. Sundays and public holidays are not working days.

3. Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on your city, the courier you choose and the size and weight of the parcel. We tell you the exact charge when we confirm your order, before anything is dispatched.

4. Pickup in Karachi

You can also collect your order from our showroom: Showroom #SA-16, 2nd Floor, TechnoCity, Opposite Uni Centre, Hasrat Mohani Road, Karachi.

5. Payment

Cash on delivery or bank transfer. Invoices are available on request.

6. Check your parcel

Please check the product when you receive it. If the product is wrong, missing, damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
